We don't recommend you vacuum pack biltong unless you are traveling overseas with it.  Please note taking biltong out of the country is at your own risk.

When we choose biltong for vacuum packing, we select the dryer & leaner sticks of biltong which are hand cut.

We don't recommend machine cut biltong for vacuuming, as it pulls it altogether into a tight ball and can make it difficult to eat once opened.
